Zibo Yinxuan specializes in manufacturing hot pressing graphite molds for powder metallurgy industry.

All graphite molds are machined by CNC center with max tolerance of +/-0.01mm.

With 12 years experiences in producing and supplying for powder metallurgy area, we have developed specialty high strength isostatic graphite material specially applied for powder metallurgy. All graphite materials are inspected before machining in our laboratory to assure quality conformity.

尺寸：所有产品均通过加工中心加工,并且严格进行生产过程中和发货前尺寸检测，确保所有尺寸都在图纸要求公差范围内，并且各个部件配合紧密。

材质：等静压石墨，结构均匀。所有材料均在加工前，经过实验室材质检测合格后方可加工。

Zibo Yinxuan Carbon manufactures high temperature furnaces applied graphite components, including graphite heating parts, insulation parts and structural parts.

All graphite parts are machined by CNC machining center, with in-production and pre-shipment inspection to ensure size precision and tight match between different parts.

These graphite parts are machined from good uniformity isostatic graphite material,  All graphite materials are inspected before machining in our laboratory to assure quality conformity.
