粉末冶金模

粉末冶金工艺以低成本高效率的优点日益成熟，我们的材质，针对不同的粉末模具用途。对于粉末冶金模具结果的复杂性以及多样性，我们针对性的设计了专用牌号，让其在保持较高耐磨性的同时，很好的兼顾了韧性，以防止模具开裂现象。

随着工艺的进步，拉伸挤压领域的应用增长日益显著，涉及领域有新能源汽车电池壳体的成型拉伸；化妆品壳体的拉伸；保温杯镜面旋薄至0.07mm的挤压拉伸；我们通过材料配方的优化，很好的改善了针对不锈钢、铜、铝拉伸的拉毛，粘料现象。

冷镦模

冷镦冷轧领域因工况条件特殊，对合金强度要求更高，我们利用特殊的晶粒结构以及添加物，让合金得到更好的强度优化，其中在汽车螺丝模的应用中，可耐受两工位成型的高强度冲击。
